Ice Builder Process Cooler for Soup Production by Kilkenny Cooling Systems. This month we were completing essential work in our factory, and we completed an order for an ice builder to be used in soup production. This was a standard machine from our ice builder range.
We have supplied ice builders for soup production to Ireland, the UK and to several other European countries – especially Scandinavia. The Kilkenny ice builder system is absolutely ideal for this application due to the large reserve of stored ice which can be built over several hours while the soup is being manufactured.
This ice reserve can then be used to ‘crash cool’ the soup – bringing it from boiling right down to chilled in a matter of minutes.
