This year we supplied a series of compact ice builder chillers to a local manufacturer of pasteurisers for use at home and for export. These chillers were manufactured to order and are designed to build up an ice reserve overnight, and again during the day, to allow the dairy to cool a large volume of heated milk in a short space of time. The chillers have onboard control and refrigeration and are supplied ready to power up and use, which makes them an ideal ‘plug and play’ addition to dairy production facilities.
