Custom Chiller for Medical Device Manufacturer
We were approached by a lead R & D engineer working for a Medical Device multinational to design and build a custom chiller system for a brand new manufacturing processes for one of their products.
This client requested a very stable coolant temperature and flow rate and we were able to achieve this using a large ice reserve with some other design considerations.
We used an extremely accurate dosing pump to deliver the coolant to the process with highly precise accuracy.
At time of filming this we had just completed testing so after this we just had to complete the wiring and crate the machine for shipping. The cooler is going next to Switzerland where it will be integrated into a manufacturing process research and development project and after a few months of that will go to site.
