In our business, we are committed to investing in innovation. It is a policy that has served the company well over the last 40 years, and has left a legacy in the draught dispense trade which is seen throughout Ireland today.
Many of our early novel innovations are now industry standard in Ireland – from the differing product coil lengths for different product temperatures to the introduction of the standby circulation pump with automatic changeover, our patented jet agitation system, hybrid beer cooling systems which chill to sub-zero beer, mobile cooling at festivals, ‘quick pour’ beer coolers for use with fast dispense systems, and designs which accommodate 2flow and coolants which operate at lower freezing points, right up to our most recent introduction in 2015 – beer cooler expansion kits for adding additional products to coolers which are already at capacity.
The image above shows our dedicated beer chiller testing rig. We use this testing rig periodically, in order to evaluate different cooler configurations for proposed design changes and to test new ideas. Varying Python pressure heads are simulated using restrictor valves and all results are logged in the computer for evaluation.
